Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at EgyGamer in 6th of October. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

  • Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
