About the job
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Handle office maintenance and purchasing
- Handle HR tasks like employee contracts, social and medical insurance, documents
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
- Support Operations Duties like CRM , assigning leads ,Managing platforms related to real estate like PF,OLX
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Have a background in real estate field
- Excellent Command in English
- 2 Days OFF
