About the job

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Handle office maintenance and purchasing
  • Handle HR tasks like employee contracts, social and medical insurance, documents
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
  • Support Operations Duties like CRM , assigning leads ,Managing platforms related to real estate like PF,OLX


Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Have a background in real estate field
  • Excellent Command in English
