Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo for a Call Center Agent (Banking Account). The Call Center Agent will handle day-to-day tasks including managing inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The agent will also be responsible for following up on customer requests and escalating issues when necessary.
