Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Dokki. The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing support and resolving inquiries. Daily tasks include managing customer satisfaction, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and ensuring timely and effective communication. Additionally, the representative will collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to overall customer experience enhancements.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of call center experience
• Technical background (basic IT knowledge preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in shifts
