About the job
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that sales processes are executed seamlessly from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain and update customer and property databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, offers, and agreements. Generate regular reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
- Efficiently manage and update the CRM system to ensure all sales data is tracked and monitored accurately.
- Handle general office tasks such as managing emails, filing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth processing of deals.
Requirments :
- Fresh Grad Or form 1-3 years Experience
- Good in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
