About the job

Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that sales processes are executed seamlessly from lead generation to closing.
  • Maintain and update customer and property databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for property transactions, including contracts, offers, and agreements. Generate regular reports on sales performance, leads, and market trends.
  • Efficiently manage and update the CRM system to ensure all sales data is tracked and monitored accurately.
  • Handle general office tasks such as managing emails, filing documents, and scheduling meetings.
  • Work closely with the marketing, finance, and legal departments to ensure smooth processing of deals.


Requirments :

  • Fresh Grad Or form 1-3 years Experience
  • Good in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
