Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and sales reports.
  • Deal with 8x CRM
  • Coordinate between clients and sales representatives to facilitate communication and appointments.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales Admin within the real estate industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
