Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in startups or SaaS companies and the EdTech industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn recruitment tools.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sourcing passive candidates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
