Internship Description
Sout ElDona for Media Production is seeking an energetic and well-organized Operations Intern to support daily activities related to client coordination, production logistics, and internal operations. The intern will play a vital role in enhancing workflow efficiency, supporting customers and trainees, and ensuring the smooth running of training and media projects.
The intern will learn:
- Greet and assist customers and clients, handling their requests professionally.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate, courteous responses to inquiries.
- Arrange and coordinate training programs, assist trainees with registration and on-site needs.
- Support the logistics of production projects including scheduling, equipment tracking, and coordination with departments.
- Maintain databases, documents, and inventory lists.
- Assist with expense tracking and petty cash management.
- Help prepare meeting notes, progress reports, and updates.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate, courteous responses to inquiries.
- Arrange and coordinate training programs, assist trainees with registration and on-site needs.

Internship Requirements
- Graduate of Business Administration, Media, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for media production and a willingness to learn and grow.
