• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven track record of influencing decision-making through consultative engagement.
• Strong understanding of total rewards, compensation strategy, and employer branding.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, People Ops, and Hiring Managers.
• Comfort in high-stakes conversations and competitive offer negotiations.

Background in sales, account management, or customer success is a plus.
