Role Description

This is a full-time Voice Travel Agent-Airlines (English) role located in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Voice Travel Agent-Airlines will be responsible for reservations, customer service, car rental, travel arrangements, and sales on-site.

Qualifications

• Reservations and Travel Arrangements skills
• Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Car Rental services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of airline industry regulations and systems
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
