Innovation Accounting Solutions and Tax Consulting is seeking highly motivated and skilled Relationship Managers to join our growing sales and client success team. This position combines inside sales responsibilities with direct client engagement and training. You will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, managing ongoing relationships, and delivering training to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Handle inside sales activities including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals
Deliver online and on-site product training to clients
Prepare proposals, presentations, and demos tailored to client requirements
Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and maximize renewals
Track interactions and sales progress in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to provide client feedback and enhance offerings
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including call targets, meetings, and revenue goals
Qualifications:
Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer success, account management, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any relevant field
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable presenting and training both in-person and online
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management and organizational skills
High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt to different client personalities
