Job Description

• Conduct daily inspections on incoming materials (IQC), in-process production (IPQC), and finished products (FQC) based on AQL 2.5/4.0 standards.
• Ensure calibration records of testing and measuring equipment (e.g. CMM, torque testers) are up-to-date and verified.
• Monitor key quality metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and defect rates; provide support in identifying root causes of deviations.
• Verify that production processes adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
• Identify, report, and assist in managing non-conforming products; participate in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing QA/QC .
• Proven experience managing JDM (Joint Design Manufacture) projects.
• Soft Skills:
• Assertive communicator able to navigate supplier relationships.
• V.Good in English.
