We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with at least 4 years of experience, and a minimum of 2 years in logistics/freight forwarding. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding our market presence.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (sea, air, and land transportation).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market growth.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of international logistics, supply chain solutions, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally as required.
