Job Description
- Supervise all civil works to ensure alignment with design specifications, quality standards, and safety codes.
- Resolve site-related technical issues during construction phases.
- Monitor project progress, site logistics, and potential delays or risks.
- Oversee material usage, concrete pouring, and structural installations.
- Maintain regular coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
- Manage civil-related RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Verify civil quantities on site and support cost control teams with BOQ updates.
