Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanical installation works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) per approved drawings and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor manpower, equipment usage, and installation timelines.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical codes and client specifications.

 

Design & Coordination (Preferred):

• Review mechanical design drawings and participate in design conflict resolution.
• Modify or create shop drawings using CAD/Revit when needed.
• Perform coordination tasks using BIM tools (clash detection and model updates).
