Internship Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to support the partnerships and event coordination team at MetaMall.

This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to learn about startup ecosystems, business development, and event operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking and managing incoming requests from startups and partners
• Support with CRM updates and task follow-up on Notion or ClickUp
• Join and take notes in meetings with partners, accelerators, and service providers
• Help prepare presentations and partnership proposals
• Conduct basic research on potential leads or ecosystem players
• Communicate professionally via email and WhatsApp with clients
• Coordinate with the 3D team for booth content and materials

Internship Requirements

You’re a good fit if you:

• Are currently studying or recently graduated in business, marketing, or a related field
• Have good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Are comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment
• Have basic knowledge of tools like Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Google Workspace
• Are excited to be part of a growing virtual expo platform
