Description

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading entertainment, leisure and hospitality group in Abu Dhabi to recruit a highly talented Business Development Executive to expand their corporate partnerships with a focus on securing school field trip bookings and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including schools, businesses and organizations.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive B2B revenue growth with an emphasis on school field trip bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations and site visits with potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns targeting schools and other institutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Analyze data and identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and CRM records for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Seek out, plan and execute outdoor activations to engage potential clients and increase brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the family entertainment, hospitality, events or leisure industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Arabic language is a plus.
