Description
Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading entertainment, leisure and hospitality group in Abu Dhabi to recruit a highly talented Business Development Executive to expand their corporate partnerships with a focus on securing school field trip bookings and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential corporate clients, including schools, businesses and organizations.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive B2B revenue growth with an emphasis on school field trip bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations and site visits with potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns targeting schools and other institutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Analyze data and identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and CRM records for sales tracking and reporting.
- Seek out, plan and execute outdoor activations to engage potential clients and increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the family entertainment, hospitality, events or leisure industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Arabic language is a plus.
