Job Description

  • Oversee daily transactions and technical workflows within the maintenance department
  • Coordinate task execution with central control and arbitration units
  • Track maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions
  • Manage the financial documentation linked to project handovers and service deliveries
  • Coordinate with the finance team to receive finalized invoices and verify supporting documents
  • Submit invoices to clients via approved channels, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements
  • Monitor payment schedules and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Serve as the point of contact between bank branches, project teams, clients, and technical staff
  • Facilitate communications related to both project status and billing matters
  • Ensure consistent updates are delivered to all stakeholders regarding service and payment timelines
  • Prepare periodic performance and financial reports for monitoring units and management
  • Document service alerts, maintenance activities, and financial interactions comprehensively
  • Support internal audits by providing organized invoice and project documentation
  • Manage project-related equipment delivery and logistics

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as project coordinator or similar role
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
  • Speaking proficient English and Arabic is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
