Job Description
- Deliver engaging and effective English language instruction to high school students following the American curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the academic standards and learning objectives of the American division.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, examinations, and class participation.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student development and address individual learning needs.
- Prepare students for standardized tests and college readiness assessments as required by the American curriculum.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Uphold school policies, procedures, and values in all classroom and school-related activities.
