Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at Salla E-Commerce Platform. As a key member of our merchant-focused squads, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling backend services that directly support our merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using PHP and Laravel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration and merchant satisfaction.
• Write high-quality, readable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster growth and development within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying innovative solutions to drive business success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development using PHP and Laravel.
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and relational databases.
• Experience working with common third-party APIs and version control tools.
• Strong passion for best design and coding practices, as well as a desire to develop new ideas and approaches.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
