Job Description

• Develop and match colors using spectrophotometers and color software based on client samples or specifications.
• Maintain and update color formulations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in collaboration with R&D and production teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues during production, while supporting quality control and product testing.
• Support marketing and sales with color palettes, promotional materials, and technical training for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications: 

• Open to Male Arabic national, 30 years old and above
• Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; 7+ years in color formulation or matching.
• Strong knowledge of pigments, tinting systems, and color software (e.g., X-Rite, Data color).
• Detail-oriented with high color accuracy; familiar with industry standards.
