Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales of glass packaging products.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations and promotional materials.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports on results.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

- 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing or sales as a minimum, preferably in the packaging or glass industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently as a team leader and as part of a team.
