Nafham by Tyro is hiring Customer Experience Representative:

• Identify and assess customer's need to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
• increasing customer retention
• Provide accurate, valid and compete information
• Collecting customer feedback

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer success
• Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good in English
