Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies in line with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Supervise day-to-day sales operations, including customer meetings, property presentations, and contract negotiations.

Track team performance and prepare sales reports for management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Handle high-value clients and strategic deals when required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Excellent knowledge of the real estate market and property regulations.

Strong client relationship management abilities.

Very good command of English (spoken and written).

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
