Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with iSpark’s vision and goals.
  • Translate business needs into scalable learning frameworks that foster growth and impact.


2. Program Design & Implementation

  • Design innovative training content whether synchronous or asynchronous.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with learner needs.
  • Select and oversee use of effective learning platforms and technologies.
  • Implement regular monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure alignment with project goals and iSpark’s theory of change.



3. Project Implementation

  • Attend project kick-offs and define direction.
  • Manage team task allocation, timelines, and budget for each L&D project.
  • Ensure efficient execution while meeting project KPIs and stakeholder expectations.


4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong internal and external relationships with management, project teams, and training vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure learning programs are well-integrated across departments.


5. Resource & Team Management

  • Lead hiring and onboarding of new L&D team members in coordination with HR.
  • Forecast and manage future resourcing needs for projects and strategic growth.
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the right skills and tools to succeed.


6. Leadership

  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance management for the L&D team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of L&D experience with at least 2 in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in instructional design, adult learning, and L&D strategy.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with EdTech and digital learning platforms is a plus.
