We are assembling our core team for the next phase of baguette, and we need a visionary Senior Tech Lead to drive it.

Your mission

Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of AI projects and the core ERP platform. Act as technical architect, team lead, innovation driver, and quality guardian. You will not only build systems, you will help define how work gets done.

What you will do

• Own full stack architecture for ERP modules and AI driven features

• Mentor and grow a cross functional team across backend, frontend, AI or ML, and DevOps

• Set standards for development, testing, deployment, and scale

• Manage the technical roadmap, sprints, and resources with a focus on performance

• Partner with Product and Design to turn bold ideas into reliable products

• Bring AI, automation, and machine learning into the platform

• Design secure, multi tenant SaaS applications that scale

• Run CI or CD, monitoring, security, and automated testing to an excellent standard

What we are looking for

• 7 plus years in full stack development, Laravel, React.js, Python, AWS or Azure

• 2 plus years leading teams in SaaS or ERP

• Depth building multi tenant SaaS and enterprise ERPs

• Bonus, background with AI, LLMs, or machine learning

• Strong grasp of microservices, message driven patterns, and serverless

• Hands on with CI or CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services

• Love for clean, scalable code and low technical debt

• Clear leadership, communication, and collaboration
