JOB PURPOSE The Human Resources Services Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for delivering professional HR services within established policies and professional standards, aiming to support the effective provision of highquality HR services throughout the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide professional coaching and guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure the proper implementation of HR policies. - Develop strong internal relationships, recognize good performance and behavior, and oversee thorough investigations into issues and conflicts. - Contribute to the development and implementation of projects to support the continuous improvement of HR provision and standards, monitoring the outcomes in alignment with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Liaise with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences. Conduct interviews and select qualified applicants in accordance with the established company policy. - Manage the bi-yearly performance appraisal system. - Facilitate and organize team members' training programs. - Adopt an open-door policy with employees to foster smooth communication and actively work towards maintaining a low turnover rate. Reflects on and learns from own mistakes. LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Language Proficiency - Fluency in English. - Fluency in French is a plus. Technical Skills - Proficiency in MS Office.
