About the Role

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for managing relationships, understanding their business needs, and delivering tailored digital solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, while driving client satisfaction, growth, and long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital solutions, and a passion for creating value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Manage client accounts, providing strategic guidance on digital solutions and software services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, anticipating needs and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Analyze account performance and prepare reports to track progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in account management, preferably within digital, software, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful digital solutions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital analytics platforms.
  • Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.
