Responsibilities
- Manage all recruitment-related tasks, including resume sourcing, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and onboarding procedures;
- Prepare necessary documents and schedules for new employee onboarding, coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process and a positive first-day experience;
- Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, employee training, and exit interviews, including data entry into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and compliance;
- Support payroll processing, including employee file updates, leave tracking, salary distribution, and benefits administration;
- Assist in maintaining and interpreting the employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to the development and updating of company policies;
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as office maintenance and procurement.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English or Chinese;
- Strong sense of service and dedication;
- Solid problem-solving skills with a thorough understanding of HR processes and policies;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
