Senior Sales (Real Estate) – Sheikh Zayed📍 Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
📍 At least 2 years of experience in Sheikh Zayed projects
Role Description- Handle client inquiries and provide professional consultation on available projects.
- Conduct property tours and present investment opportunities effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads.
- Negotiate and close sales with confidence and professionalism.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and project developments.
- Support the sales team and collaborate with marketing for campaigns and events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, especially West Cairo and Sheikh Zayed areas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Sheikh Zayed or nearby areas.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A results-driven personality with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Good understanding of the Egyptian real estate market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
