Job Description

• Monitor and evaluate current production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ensure production processes meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for process-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality, and production.
• Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and process simulation tools.
• Experience with SAP or Lean Manufacturing tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

 

Working Hours : 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Days off : Friday & Saturday
