Job Description
We’re looking for a Telesales Specialist who is passionate about education and capable of converting potential leads into active subscribers. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide prospects through NeuroTech’s training programs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that drives conversions.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about NeuroTech’s courses, subscriptions, and offers.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
- Provide detailed information about programs, payment options, and registration processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new subscribers.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable training paths or bundles.
- Handle customer objections professionally and ensure a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
- Strong persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-oriented spirit.
