Job summary/overview:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for:
- Management control system.
- Planning and monitoring of operational objectives.
- Execute and support the preparation and monitoring of the forecast.
- Execute and support monthly and annual closing activities.
- Budget, monitoring and deviations.
- KPIs Analysis.
- Controlling.
- Reporting.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
The Finance Analyst works closely with other financial teams and departments and must be involved in the daily business, to acquire knowledge of the finance and accounting activities that support Teleperformance businesses.
- Execution of reports and information requested by Management and by the TP Group.
- Support monitoring profitability based on weekly data.
- Executing, monitoring and updating the Company Annual Budget.
- Supporting the Planning and Controlling Director with financial and economic planning.
- The Finance Analyst is going to be developed to increase and consolidate technical knowledge and skills, as well as business vision.
- Executing reports and information requested by Management and by the TP Group.
- Supervision and analysis of Internal Management information with special focus on KPIs analysis.
- Executing, monitoring and updating the Company's Annual Budget.
- Supporting the operations with financial and economic planning.
- Coordinating the management control area.
- Implement company-wide management-approved strategies
- Controlling its financial resources and ensuring that all financial transactions, systems and procedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
- Financial analysis and reporting, taxation, insurance, credit control, accounts payable and receivable, inventory and cost control, and budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyzing the organization's revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast its short, medium, and long-term cash flow position.
- Evaluating and recommending investments and other financial instruments to meet cash flow needs.
- Advising management on financial matters and the impact of laws and regulations on the organization.
- Providing expertise and advice to managers to help them develop budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to top executives; preparing financial reports that may include auditor and financial analyst reports, profit and loss, balance sheets, and regulatory reports and filings.
- Ensuring all tax returns, declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.
- Be a true team member in Teleperformance – focused on the success of the company and the well-being of the team.
- Support, motivate and “enthusiastically” communicate the company’s culture and values.
- Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the project(s) results.
- Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing methods of improvement and innovation across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).
- Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc.
- Communicate to the leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately.
Main Job Requirements
Education and specific Training:
- Higher Education Degree.
- Perfect knowledge of English (minimum B2).
Work Experience:
- Professional experience between one and two years in a similar role.
Required Skills
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Highly skilled in MS Excel).
- Knowledge of SQL and BI tools software is a plus.
