Technical Projects Development Manager (5+ Years Experience)

Role Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of projects — from planning and architecture discussions to final deployment. You’ll manage timelines, define requirements, prioritize sprints, and ensure collaboration across backend, frontend, and mobile teams.

This role requires deep technical understanding (especially in web, mobile, and cloud environments), strong leadership, and a structured approach to agile project delivery.

You’ll manage development teams working with AI models, web platforms (Laravel, Node.js, Flutter), and data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software development projects across web and mobile platforms.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans.
• Coordinate between product, design, development, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and sprint tasks.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Track project progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependency issues.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports (JIRA, Notion, Confluence, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior leadership on roadmap and prioritization.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met before release.
• Manage communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for software or SaaS products.
• Strong technical understanding of web and mobile development (Laravel, Node.js, Flutter, React, etc.).
• Proven experience leading Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp for project tracking.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, APIs, cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.), and system architecture.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills.
