We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in recruitment, training, and HR operations, with the ability to develop and implement effective HR processes that support our fast-growing educational organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
• Plan and implement onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with different departments to support business goals.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably as a Senior HR or HR Generalist.
• Previous experience in the education or training field is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Location Preference: Candidates based in Alexandria are strongly preferred.
