Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Cairo. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. Regular communication with the management team and attending industry events will also be required.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently with brokers and direct clients
- Solid knowledge of New Cairo and El Obour City markets
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented
