We’re currently looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations in Toshka, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and maintenance of our agricultural machinery and fleet.

Position Title: Workshop Manager

Location: Toshka, Egypt

Role Purpose

To oversee and manage all workshop activities, ensuring efficient maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural machinery, vehicles, and equipment to support uninterrupted farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise workshop teams (mechanics, electricians, welders, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Ensure timely availability and reliability of farm and heavy equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Develop maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Train and develop workshop staff to improve technical competencies.
• Coordinate with operations teams to align maintenance priorities with field needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Agricultural Mechanics and Equipment/Machine Technology or any related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in heavy equipment or agricultural machinery maintenance, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Experience in agricultural or construction machinery is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS preferred).
