ASSISTANT
Position: Assistant (Sales & Operations)
Reports to: Sales Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Obour City
Objective: Support sales and operations with administrative, coordination, and reporting tasks to ensure smooth project flow and client communication.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals.
- Update CRM and track project progress.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between departments (sales, design, production).
- Handle data entry, reports, and internal communication.
- Support document filing and invoicing.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
