Our leading company in finishing materials and decor is seeking a professional sales leader with deep B2B market expertise to drive growth strategies and build strategic partnerships with key accounts in the finishing sector

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for finishing materials
  • Lead sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage B2B client portfolio (contractors, real estate developers, designers)

Technical & Commercial Development:

  • Provide specialized technical support to clients
  • Analyze project requirements and offer technical solutions
  • Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals

Performance Management:

  • Achieve 100%+ sales targets
  • Manage sales budget and monitor KPIs
  • Deliver regular performance reports to senior management

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or equivalent) preferred
  • Or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in B2B sales
  • Experience of at least 3 years as B2B Sales Manager
  • Documented track record in finishing materials, building materials, or real estate sector
  • Experience handling Key Accounts

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems
  • Experience developing strategic sales plans and budgets
  • Deep technical understanding of finishing materials and construction
