Our leading company in finishing materials and decor is seeking a professional sales leader with deep B2B market expertise to drive growth strategies and build strategic partnerships with key accounts in the finishing sector
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for finishing materials
- Lead sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Manage B2B client portfolio (contractors, real estate developers, designers)
Technical & Commercial Development:
- Provide specialized technical support to clients
- Analyze project requirements and offer technical solutions
- Oversee preparation of technical and commercial proposals
Performance Management:
- Achieve 100%+ sales targets
- Manage sales budget and monitor KPIs
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior management
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or equivalent) preferred
- Or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in B2B sales
- Experience of at least 3 years as B2B Sales Manager
- Documented track record in finishing materials, building materials, or real estate sector
- Experience handling Key Accounts
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems
- Experience developing strategic sales plans and budgets
- Deep technical understanding of finishing materials and construction
