EgyBell is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer for a well-known company located in Cairo.




Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth by identifying and developing business opportunities within the

architectural and lighting solutions market. The Technical Sales Engineer will combine strong

technical knowledge with commercial skills to provide customized lighting solutions, support

project specifications, and maintain long-term client relationships to achieve Archlum Egypt’s

sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and manage new and existing client relationships within architecture,

design, contracting, and construction sectors.

2. Present and promote Archlum’s lighting products and solutions to consultants, architects,

interior designers, and developers.

3. Provide technical support during project discussions — including lighting specifications,

product selection, and system compatibility.

4. Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations, quotations, and project

proposals.

5. Work closely with the design, engineering, and project teams to ensure tailored lighting

solutions meet customer requirements.

6. Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and technical consultation to negotiation,

closing, and after-sales follow-up.

7. Track project pipelines, forecast sales, and report progress to management.

8. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential business

opportunities.

9. Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits to enhance brand visibility and

customer engagement.

10. Ensure all client data and interactions are accurately recorded in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

• 5–8 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales, preferably in

architectural lighting, electrical products, or building materials.

• Strong understanding of lighting design principles, specifications, and technical

documentation.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic AutoCAD or lighting software (e.g.,

Dialux, Relux) is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
