Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of Skilkit, a UAE-based HR-Tech platform that empowers organizations to build stronger learning and development cultures.

Your role will focus on expanding our presence across the UAE market by identifying potential corporate clients, engaging HR and L&D leaders, and generating qualified leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with HR, Learning, and Development decision-makers.
  • Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
  • Schedule and deliver engaging online demos to present Skilkit’s value.
  • Support proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly on pipeline progress.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in solutions such as LMS, HRIS, CRM, or workflow platforms.
  • Strong passion for prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
  • Confident in conducting sales calls within the UAE market especially selling into healthcare, education, or software sectors.
  • Experience engaging with HR, Training, or L&D teams.
