Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer workshops and design sessions across Microsoft 365 E5, Defender XDR, and Security/Compliance workloads.
• Architect solutions covering identity, device management, data protection, and threat detection.
• Deliver technical proposals, RFP responses, and compliance mapping documentation.
• Build and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution designs.
• Collaborate with Microsoft account teams to align solution architectures with funding programs and incentives.
• Advise clients on licensing optimization, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated with Microsoft’s Modern Work and Security roadmap.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Security, or Compliance architecture and pre-sales.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 E5 Security Suite (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Intune, Entra ID, Purview, and Zero Trust architectures).
• Excellent technical presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English preferred).
• Experience in proposal writing and RFP response preparation for enterprise clients.
• Preferred Certifications:
• MS-102 – Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (Highly Preferred)
• SC-100 – Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert (Highly Preferred)
• SC-200 – Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
• SC-300 – Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator
• SC-400 – Information Protection Administrator
