Position Summary:

The E-commerce Operations Branch Manager oversees and manages all aspects of warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations for the branch. This role ensures efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills, along with extensive experience managing e-commerce or distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory control, inbound and outbound shipments, and warehouse layout optimization.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
• Implement and monitor KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align operational activities with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
• Analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive initiatives related to automation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of executive-level experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in an e-commerce environment).
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes, inventory optimization, and last-mile logistics.
