Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Shift Supervisor located in Cairo, Egypt. The Restaurant Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during a shift, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining high standards for customer service, and upholding food quality and safety. Additional responsibilities include managing and guiding staff, handling customer inquiries or concerns, and assisting in inventory and supply management.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Experience in Customer Service and dedication to Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
• Knowledge and experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage operations effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant management is an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
