Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Singapore for a Retail Zone Specialist. The Retail Zone Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, overseeing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized retail space, assisting customers, analyzing sales trends, and supporting marketing initiatives at the store level. The role requires coordination with team members to optimize performance and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Retail management and customer service experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of inventory management and sales analysis
• Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining store standards
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours, if required
• Previous experience in retail or related industries is preferred
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
