Job Description
- Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources or HR generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
