Job Description

  • Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capability.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
