Job Description
For a new branch in the travel industry
- Design, organize, and coordinate travel itineraries and tour packages tailored to client preferences and budgets.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and local guides to secure bookings and negotiate rates.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
- Handle all administrative aspects of tour operations, including reservations, confirmations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Resolve client issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally during tours.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tour packages and special offers.
- Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collect feedback from clients post-tour to improve future services and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in tour operations, travel consultancy, or a related field.
