Job Description

For a new branch in the travel industry

 

 

  • Design, organize, and coordinate travel itineraries and tour packages tailored to client preferences and budgets.
  • Liaise with hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and local guides to secure bookings and negotiate rates.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.
  • Handle all administrative aspects of tour operations, including reservations, confirmations, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Resolve client issues, complaints, or emergencies efficiently and professionally during tours.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote tour packages and special offers.
  • Monitor and manage tour budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collect feedback from clients post-tour to improve future services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in tour operations, travel consultancy, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel industry trends.
