Job Description

  • (Middle East and Far East) - Flexible Packaging
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve export targets in the Middle East and Far East flexible packaging sector.
  • Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with distributors, converters, and manufacturers within the flexible packaging industry.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Promote the company’s range of adhesives for flexible packaging applications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and profit objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end export process, including order handling, documentation, logistics coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing ongoing technical and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with the production, quality, and logistics teams in Egypt to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide regular market reports and sales forecasts to management.
  • Follow up on sampling process with customers and coordinate with Eagle’s technical team for any necessary assistance.
  • Drive Research and Technology by prioritizing new development projects based on expected consumptions and profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export sales within the flexible packaging adhesives industry
  • Strong knowledge of adhesives used in flexible packaging applications
  • Proven track record of developing and managing international clients, preferably in Middle East, Russia and Gulf
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong international sales & negotiation
  • Market development in Middle East & Far East
  • Cultural awareness & relationship building
  • Strategic thinking & problem solving
  • Financial & commercial acumen
  • Fluency in English is a must.
