Job Description

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients in sectors such as construction, real estate, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations to showcase services.
  • Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals in coordination with internal teams. Lead contract negotiation and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records on CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation and client-handling abilities. Ability to understand technical services (maintenance, cleaning, FM solutions).
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in construction or maintenance).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Valid manual driving license.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to build strong client relationships
