are looking for an Electrical Design Manager to join our Development Division and lead the full electrical design cycle for major real estate projects. This role oversees consultants, ensures compliance with international standards, and guarantees the successful integration of electrical systems across all disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design process from concept through IFC.
• Review load schedules, lighting layouts, and SLDs.
• Validate materials, shop drawings, and system designs.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, NFPA, and local authority standards.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams.
• Drive design optimization and value engineering.
• Support tendering, technical evaluations, and procurement processes.
• Conduct technical workshops and participate in design validation.
• Provide technical support to site teams, including site visits and reviewing RFIs and material submittals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10–12 years of experience in building services design.
• Proficient in Revit, ETAP, Dialux.
• Strong knowledge of local authority codes and international standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary coordination skills.
• Native-level English (R/W/S).
